Use this page for corrections, source suggestions, rights concerns, or feedback about the wiki structure.
The form below is provided by Tally and lets you send feedback without publishing a contact email. The reply email field is optional; leave it blank unless you would like a response. Do not include private account information or unreleased playtest material.
Send a correction or source
Use the short form for a factual correction, an official source, a rights concern, or a suggestion about the wiki. Please do not submit passwords, private account details, leaked playtest material, or other sensitive information. Page/topic and source URL are optional. An email address is optional and should only be included if you would like a reply. See our privacy policy for details.
Corrections
If a page is outdated, the preferred correction is a link to an official source such as Xbox, Xbox Wire, Undead Labs, Steam, PlayStation, or a dated store page.
What to include
- The page or claim that needs attention.
- A short explanation of what is wrong or missing.
- The official source that supports the correction, when one exists.
- A note if the issue concerns an official image, trademark, or other rights matter.
Rights concerns
Official artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If a rights holder requests a change, replacement, or removal, the site should respond quickly. The visual-attribution note on the About page keeps this explanation intentionally brief.
Revision note: Published a Tally feedback form with required topic and details fields, optional page/source/email fields, and free owner email notifications.
